It looks like an issue related to **Username Font Color (logged in users in roles)** option. Will let you know if something doesn’t work. * Btw, the issue I mentioned in the email feedback where the chat input box does not position at top or bottom of chat window but somewhere in the middle of the chat session (and with the lines – {% if inputControlsBottomLocation %} & {% endif inputControlsTopLocation %} at the very top and bottom) is definitely related to the setting ‘Message List Appearance – Message Limit’.
