# Errors in Plugin Screen

 * Hi,
 * When I try to delete a plugin from the plugin’s screen I get the following error:
 * _Error 500 – Internal server error_
 * An internal server error has occured!
    Please try again later.
 * I’m also having problems with a few plugins (mainly google-sitemap-generator),
   where they appear in the list, but when I try to use the edit link, I get the
   menu on the left and just a blank screen, or if I try to active the plugin, I
   get the above error again.
 * I’ve tried to make the permissions to a 777, but this didnt seem to work. I’ve
   also re-downloaded and uploaded all new versions of each plugin. Most work fine
   and can be activated, but the google-sitemap-generator has no joy at all. I tried
   to delete the “Hello Dolly” plugin from the plugin screen and got the above error,
   so not sure what to do?
 * This has been since upgrading my site to the latest version of wordpress.
 * Can anyone help please?
