 * It seems you are using the Pro version. Please note that this forum is only for
   the Free version and as per the forum guidelines:

 * we are not allowed to discuss topics about commercial products such as the Pro
   version.

 * and in your ticket:
    - attach a slider export of the slider that you experience the problem with
    - and describe the error message that you received, as currently you just copied
      the file paths and line numbers and those won’t tell us what is the problem
      exactly.

 * We haven’t received any other reports about PHP errors recently, so I think it
   is rather connected to your environment ( e.g. we have a conflict with a third
   party plugin that you have installed ).
 * As I mentioned above, on this forum we are not allowed to provide any kind of
   support for the Pro version. This is not a Smart Slider 3 specific thing, but
   this is a rule described in the official WordPress forum guidelines like I have
   already linked above:

    - not only the path, but the error message as well

      with, so we could check if we are able to reproduce the problem with it or
