 * After the last update i got a error so have had to deactivate the plugin 🙁

 * Is there any way for us to be able to access the site – wp-admin and ftp? We’ll
   need to be able to run some debugging code on it. Or maybe we can take a copy
   of it using UPDRAFT PLUS and put it on one of our staging servers for debugging
   purposes.
 * Or, if you like, you can install UPDRAFT PLUS from wordpress.org and use it to
   create backup .zip files. Then send us the .zip files. This way we don’t interrupt
   your production site.
