# Errors when trying to update

 * Hi everyone,
 * My dad got a website and apparently wordpress did some updates and now we cannot
   even get access to the site.
 * First screen we get when we try and put in the website address:

 * Then i get this page after i choose the region:

 * After i put in the site title which i’m assuming is my website url and the email
   associated with my wordpress account. i get this error page.

 * At the bottom of that page i see this:

 * And i take note of that password and i try and access my website again and i 
   repeat that process above.
 * Please help my dad is losing business because the site isn’t up.

 * The database is not installed and thats why your getting the errors. There are
   no tables where the site can store its data “including the password”
 * Who installed it?
 * Whats your webhost and do they have One Click Install feature?
 * Whats the website address?

 * my dad did but he has no idea what he did.
