# Errors With Plugin

 * we have purchased the PRO version of the plugin.
 * the plugin was working fine, but now i’m seeing “an error occurred” message when
   i go to the plugin settings. also, all of the featured images for our custom 
   post stopped showing. (see attached screen shot).

 * we tried to contact the developer for support (jaggededge media) but their site
   is also not working. we get an error when trying to login and/or submit the “
   contact us” form.
