# ErrorSendAsDenied

 * I have a contact form setup on my site where customers can write their name, 
   email and a message. When trying to send via WPforms I get this: _“ErrorSendAsDenied:
   The user account which was unused to submit this request does not have the right
   to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account., Cannot submit message.”_
 * How can I solve this? I need customers to be able to send me a message via the
   contact form.
 * I have office 365 setup via WP SMTP Pro plugin but my own email is setup as the
   main email (not the customer service email that I want to use) so the force email
   button cannot be applied here because then all email comes from myself and that’s
   not good.

 * Thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for the trouble with this!
 * As you mentioned, you are using a different From Email in the From Email field,
   instead of the one you authorized the connection with.
 * As of WP Mail SMTP Pro v3.4, you have the ability to send Office 365 emails using
   your other email accounts, shared mailboxes, etc.
 * To send emails on behalf of other email addresses, you need to add the necessary
   permissions by following our guide here:
