# Estimating server space

 * We’re setting up a WordPress site at work, and are trying to estimate the server
   space we need.
    We’ll use a dedicated server, and are expecting the following
   use:
 * -Approximately 300-1000 unique visitors per day (based on use of current online
   products)
    -10-20 posts per week -most posts will have at least one image with
   it, so a post could be about 10MB in size, I suppose. -20 comments per day (about
   10 per post)
 * Can someone use this to give a rough calculation of the size server we require?
   Is there anything else you need to know to be able to estimate? Or any server
   specifics you recommend (eg in terms of upload/download capacity)?
