 * i have in almost all settings files and administer php links this code at the
   beginning code on all my blogs
 *     ```
       eval(base64_decode("[code moderated]="));
       ```
   
 * decode :
 *     ```
       [code moderated]
       ```
   
 * anyone have same problem?

 * Seems like you have ben hacked. You can best reinstall wordpress core files, 
   change username and password and chmod permissions so the php files are not changeable.
   Also update your plugins, etc

 * The eval_base hack is of a while ago. There appear to be themes that are partly
   coded, but if this is new, I’d read this very carefully and all the links in 
   it:
