Event and Player List Alignment Issues

    When the width of the page that the site is being viewed on becomes less than the width of the tables, a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the table causes the data columns to be unaligned from the header column. This seems to be a responsive issue and mostly occurs with mobile viewing or small browser windows. Any fix or help to work around this issue would be greatly appreciated.
