Hi Subimal,
Thanks for your message. We will be happy to assist.
To better understand what is happening, we would need to see screenshots of all the events you made using Pixel Cat.
Do you have any other plugins installed for tracking Facebook Pixel ?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
All the best.
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
Here are two screenshots

https://www.gofuturenet.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/pixel-cat-screenshot2.jpg
The first screenshot clearly shows that I’ve created the event “Lead” for the “test page4”, i.e my landing page & the event “CompleteRegistration” for the “Thank-you” page.
But the second screenshot is showing the “Thank-you” page is displaying to have the event “Lead” that I have not created. This is a little confusing. Kindly help me to solve this. Thanks
Subimal
Hi Subimal,
Thanks for your reply.
Not so sure what is causing this. Have not seen this one before.
The reason why I asked if you have any other plugins installed for tracking Facebook Pixel, is that there might be an event built in with the plugin you are using for the contact form that would fire a lead type event.
For this reason, it would be good to delete the 2 events you made and see what events are fired when moving from the lead page to the thank you page. To ensure those 2 currents events are totally removed.
It would also be a good idea to ensure all the cache has been cleared from your server and browser to ensure a previous event made is not causing this.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
All the best.
Hello,
You are right. In code the “Lead” event was mentioned for the “Thank you” page. I removed that & it’s perfect now. Thank you very much for your kind help.
