Hello @napri,
I understand the pixel integration is not tracking events properly. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Could you also check if there are any fatal or plugin-related error logs?
Here’s a quick guide on how to do that:
- Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
- In the upper right corner, you’ll find a drop-down menu.
- Search for the keywords “Fatal” and “Facebook” in that menu.
- This should display the relevant logs we’re looking for. If you find any, please select each log one by one and click view.
You can then copy & paste them here or you can use a text-sharing app like Gist or Pastebin.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

Thank you for sharing the logs!
Everything looks healthy so far, but I can confirm your findings when adding a product to the cart.

Meanwhile on my test site:

I noticed you have this plugin active which I believe has its own pixel integration so please try disabling it to see if it’s causing a conflict.
If that doesn’t help, then please try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and the Facebook integration while activating the default Storefront theme.
If the problem is not present after doing so, then you know there was a plugin conflict. You can enable plugins one by one again to find the culprit.
Let us know how it goes!

I disabled gtm4wp and the problem persists. “add to cart” does not collect any parameters except currency.
Could you please confirm whether the issue persists after performing the conflict test mentioned above?
