    Hi there,

    Ex: In the Event List overview “Capacity” shown: 10/12 Available, but Ticket view show: Total Seat 12 / Sold 0.

    And how can i reset the Tickets “Sold” after copy an Event to a new Event with a new date?

    Plugin Version 5.1.6

    Thanks for your message, You can reset the booking count from the Event Edit Page -> Settings -> Reset Booking Count

    thx for your info about the “Reset” option!

    But in the Event List overview “Capacity” still shown: 08/10 Available, but the Ticket view show: Total Seat 10 / Sold 0. This is a huge problem!

    What is wrong here?

    Thanks for your message. We just released a new version (5.1.7) of the Event Plugin that fixes this issue. Please update your website event plugin to the latest version. I hope the issue will be solved after the update.
