# Event notification problem

    we believe there is some problem on event notification sometimes we are
   unable to receive login notification for the first login attempt in second attempt
   it will work as usual it happens in version 4.0.4 Appreciate your response Thanks

 * Can you go to the “Logs > Firewall Log” section and check if the first login 
   attempt was written to the firewall’s log?

    we have checked it was not written in firewall log it happens only once
   of first login on random days not all the time Appreciate your response Thanks

 * The firewall uses the wp_mail function from WordPress. If that is your server,
   check the mail log in the /var/log/ folder, you’ll see if the email was delay
   or blocked.

    it only happens once in a day and it happens randomly we checked mail

 * I can’t reproduce the issue.
    Maybe you could try to debug the `wp_mail` function
