 * I’ve used this plugin a few times on other sites with no issues, but this one
is being hosted on a windows server which i believe is causing an issue.
 * at the top of the EWWW settings page i get a dozen or so errors at the top of
   the page:
 * “Warning: exec() [function.exec]: Unable to fork [jpegtran.exe -v D:\Hosting\*******\
   html\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\ewww-image-optimizer/images/sample.jpg 2>&1]
   in D:\Hosting\*******\html\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\ewww-image-optimizer\
   ewww-image-optimizer.php on line 946”
 * It looks like there is an error for each tool in the /wp-content/ewww/ directory.
I only just installed the theme and plugin, so this isn’t even a site with anything
on it yet to be an issue with another plugin(this is the same list of plugins
I install on every site, and the same theme used on several).

 * Generally that is a permissions or memory error, but I haven’t had anyone ever
definitively pin down that particular problem on Windows.

 * I will look into the permissions a little more,. i =mainly assumed it was a windows
related issue because if you notice in the path to the sample image the slashed
switch from windows slashed(“\”) to *NIX slashes(“/”) in the middle of the path.

 * PHP is generally clever enough to not care which direction the slashes go. It’s
been confirmed working on various Windows hosts, and I’ve tested it myself on
Windows XP, 7, and I think I even tried it on Windows 10.
 * What version of Windows are you using for this install?
