    Hello!

    We purchased the Premium plugin this morning, and we are now facing an issue with the anti-adblocking feature again. At least that’s where I think the issue is at.

    On some pages on our site we are getting this error:
    http://www.example.com/app/uploads/?ver=14.11.3 net::ERR_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden)

    It would seem that the file isn’t created properly, or that the wrong file is picked or something. If you look in the console log of the site you’ll see that another file is added properly, and measurements seem to work as they should.

    All help appreciated. If you need an account on our staging site or if you need more info, say the word and you shall have it.

    We use:
    Bedrock
    Sage 10
    Trellis for deploy
    Hetzner as web hotel

    Hi @hirngesicht,

    Thank you for opening the thread!

    Our development team has been notified of the issue, and they will investigate it further.

    In the meantime, could you please try disabling the “Bypass Ad Blockers” option, saving the settings, and then enabling it again? You can find this option under Statistics > Settings > General > Tracker Configuration.

    I’m pleased to inform you that we’ve addressed the issue in our development version (see this commit), and the fix will be included in an upcoming release.
