Exclude current post from list

First, this is a great plugin. Really liking it, many thanks to the developer.

One problem though and it seems like an obvious requirement, but I’ve been searching and can’t find an obvious answer. Maybe I’m missing something. I have a “recent post” list showing on the side of a post page, but I don’t want the post on the page to show up in that list… there is no point putting a teaser for a post they are already viewing. How do I stop the currently displayed post from appearing on the sidebar list?
