 * This is by far and away the most complete forms plugin I have discovered and 
   provides comprehensive options for layout and formatting and produces some very
   nicely formatted emails. The most useful feature, however, has been the log of
   all form submissions and having the ability to download parts of that log (filtered
   by form and date) has been extremely valuable – I am very strongly tempted to
   purchase the paid version!
