Excellent Plugin with Spectacular Support

Aside from being an excellent plugin for the donation aspects of a fundraising campaign (it really does everything), a key differentiator is the outstanding technical support the Give folks provide. Clearly, they are absolutely passionate about making every customer a happy customer. This endorsement is based on actual experience. I ran across a unusual problem that was, to be frank, due to my own oversight. Despite that, my issue was quickly addressed and 2 Give support folks worked on my problem over several days (which, I’m certain, consumed several hours of their time). In the end, they discovered the problem (again, on my end) and politely and concisely advised how to solve it. I’m a very happy customer!
