 * I wrote about a problem on my website, and got a prompt, courteous reply with
   the solution. Good customer support is vital for any brand, and Vinod Dalvi provided
   that.
 * Since the most recent theme update, I am seeing some quirky inconsistencies across
   different operating systems and browsers, which I hope will be ironed out.
