 * Please make it easier to add (and remove) exceptions for date ranges. Although
   I have asked this before I wanted to ask for it again with this supporting video.
 * [http://somup.com/cYlQXQ2TtC](http://somup.com/cYlQXQ2TtC)
 * Yesterday there was a new announcement that restaurant must stay closed for another
   month due to the corona pandemic. This means that:
    * all old exceptions need
   to be removed * new exceptions need to be added day by day, 3 clicks per day.—
   1 click on the button — 1 click in the field — 1 click on the date in the calendar(
   or 2 if for next month)
 * This is not unique to the current pandemic. It is also needs to be done when
   restaurants close for their Holidays. And the same applies to the business profile
   plugin.
 * Watch the video and let me know if you could watch it out all the way to the
   end.
 * There has to be an easier way.
    * automatically remove old exceptions. * allow
   to add new exceptions for a date range. Best to save them like that, but for
   minimum impact it’s ok to save them as daily instances just like now
 * Thanks
    JP

 * Hi JP,
 * Unfortunately, I can’t say anything more than the last time. We have it noted
   down as a feature request and hope to be able to add it in at some point. It
   just hasn’t made the cut for recent updates (not enough demand compared to other
   feature requests and the difficulty of implementing it).

 * I know, just wanted to give a visual impression on how tedious it currently works.

 * I also would like to see such implementation. Comment from a colleague:
 * “Here, only individual days can be defined as a rule, but not entire periods (
   e.g. for company vacations, summer break, winter break …). For the second time
   I had the case that customers were closed for several weeks at a time; it would
   be a big effort to map that. So we usually leave it out at the moment.”
