 * Are exchange servers fully supported? That is IMAP certainly is, but if one is
   using a Microsoft Exchange server, would there be any issues using plugin so 
   that the site sends messages using the Exchanges SMTP?

 * I’m not sure if exchange is supported by PHPMailer. This plugin only sets options
   in PHPMailer, it doesn’t handle the actual sending of emails. Suggest you research
   PHPMailer’s compatibility with your mail server.
