 * try that into JS exclude as well
 * I feel it’s not CSS issue but something else
 * if you reset plugin to default setting, does it work ?

 * If I turn off the plugin, the TOC works.. so it’s something about the LS optimization.

 * yes , that’s why I asked you to reset to default setting first, see how it goes
 * you can reset it in toolbox -> export/import

 * I understand, but resetting it to the default settings, wouldn’t it cause other
   optimizations to be lost?

 * in that page there is an option to export your current setting

 * I reset it and it looks good. Now, how can I reactivate the other optimizations
   without damaging this?

 * you can try , import back your previous settings , and then go to page optimization
   page , turn off options one by one , to locate which one caused issue
 * remember to purge all each time after you made change

 * Hi,
 * okay , then you can either keep that option OFF, or find the proper CSS file
   to exclude from being async’ed
 * Best regards,
