Exclude on Single.php (Post Pages)

Hello, I don’t want onesignal plugin to load files / initialize on single.php to optimize page speed which takes a slight extra due to social share buttons. Is there an easy way to do something like if is_single() deregister onesignal script and put that in functions.php? I read the plugin page on onesignal, but not able to figure out.
