# Exclude plugin?

 * Is there a way to exclude a plugin from caching? My site uses an age verification
   form before a user can access the site, but with caching the user is not allowed
   to pass.

 * If the age verification form redirects to a new URL, then add a fragment from
   that URL to the “Rejected URL Strings” setting on the Advanced Settings page.
 * Otherwise, you could define the string “DONOTCACHEPAGE” when the age verification
   page is shown. You might have to add it to that plugin (but your change will 
   be overwritten by updates to the plugin) or an mu-plugin if you can hook into
   the age verification plugin in some way.

 * Is the only requirement for “DONOTCACHEPAGE” to exist in text for the page not
   to be cached? I’m unclear of the proper usage here. The verification is an overlay
   without a redirect. I’m using [Age Gate](https://wordpress.org/plugins/age-gate/)

 * Sorry, I mean that it’s a constant, “DONOTCACHEPAGE” that the age verification
   plugin has to set.
 * Did you see this FAQ from their site? Have you tried JavaScript mode?
