 * Is it possible to exclude certain instances of a word if it is prefaced or suffixed
   by certain words?
 * As a made up example, I’m having the glossary pop up for the term, “road”, but
Glossary is linking this term for all instances of “road”, even when I don’t
want it used in the pronoun, “Yellow Brick Road”. Could I have glossary link
the work “road” but exclude instances of “Brick Road”?

 * Actually is not possible but in your case you can with the pro version disable
the case insensitive so for `road` on `Yellow Brick Road` will be not replaced.
