 * i just downloaded this for the first time. when i try to select the option for“
   Exclude None”, its still showing a red dot for wp-content. Not sure how to fix
   that? I want to back wp-content up as well.

   within it?

    cgi-bin wp-admin wp-
   content wp-includes
