• Hello,
    I am recieving this error when I try to donate twice to the same form.

    Error: You are logged in as [email protected], and are submitting a donation as [email protected], which is an existing donor. To ensure that the email address is tied to the correct donor, please submit this donation from a logged-out browser, or choose another email address.

    Can someone please explain how to fix this?

    Hi there! You’ve isolated an issue for us. In order to associate all donations from the same donor with each other, Give verifies that the email is exactly the same. In this case, it is a bit too picky, because [email protected] and [email protected] are the same email, but our checker is flagging them as different.

    I am going to escalate this issue to our development team to see about a fix. In the meantime, only enter the email exactly as you see it in the one being referred to as an existing donor, case-sensitive.
