 * There is no way the plugin will close the admin panel access. You can simply 
   access the admin panel by going to YOUR_WEB_ADDRESS/wp-admin/

 * I am having the same issue with this plugin
 * Once activated, visiting /wp-admin/ of my site just redirects me back to index
   page, so I cannot login.
 * This is happening on 2 separate WP installs, on 2 separate servers
