Expires Headers STILL Not Working

Hi, I installed program and I do have read-write privileges with .htaccess …

But Google Speed Test and Yslow STILL tell me I don’t have expires headers set.

My website is Washington’s Blog, and I use Twenty Ten.

What am I doing wrong?
