 * I have Connections installed in a wordpress install but I would like to move 
   it to another wordpress install that I have is there a way to export the information
   and move it?

 * You need to use a tool like phpMyAmin or similar to export the Connections tables
   and then import them into your new database. You will also need to copy the images
   from the ../wp-content/connection_images folder from the older server to the 
   new.
