# Swedish characters not supported exporting to a CSV file

 * Been trying all the different export plugins for user information and user meta.
   I’m in search of a working plugin, but can’t seem to find one.
 * My biggest problem is when I find a plugin that works for my needs, the output
   doesn’t support the letters å,ä,ö
 * For example I have one user named Åke Ängström, and when trying to export him,
   his name comes up as Åke Ängström in the .csv file.
 * Anyone have a clue how I can fix this? Is it plugin related, or is it something
   else.
 * This is the following plugins I have tried:
    - **Users to CSV** by Joost de Valk
    - **SP User Export** by Naranili (premium plugin from codecanyon)
    - **Export Users to CSV** by PubPoet
 * And some other plugins as well, but they didn’t work for various reasons (php5.3,
   fatal errors, no real .csv export)
 * I’m, running the latest version of WordPress with the latest Swedish translations.
