 * Hi guys,
 * First, thank you for this great plugin!
 * I have a question about custom sidebars export. Is there any specific reason
   why [you don’t allow exporting sidebar](https://github.com/intoxstudio/content-aware-sidebars/blob/67bb68e4a3b3338c3de1e4289188cf33f2d59cd6/sidebar.php#L238)
   via **Tools → Export**? I could really use it in my themes demo content, for
   example.
 * Thank you for info provided!
 * Best regards,
 * Oliver

 * Glad you find the plugin useful!
 * Currently there is no built-in import/export of widget areas.
 * While the demand for this feature is very low, it is also a complex task to export
   the widget areas and expect them to just work on another site.
     For example,
   if you were to export a sidebar that is displayed on specific posts, those posts
   would have to be exported as well, as Content Aware Sidebars would otherwise
   have no way of knowing how to “connect” the conditions on the site where imported.
 * If we are only talking about the ability to export/import sidebars without conditions,
   I could easily implement this (it might actually be achieved by just setting
   can_export to true), but I don’t know how useful that would be.
 * I hope that answered your question, and I’m always open to suggestions!

 * Hi Joachim,
 * Thank you for your answer. I was asking because I was using WooSidebars plugin
   previously and the export was working perfectly fine in it. I presumed the same
   would apply for Content Aware Sidebars too and was surprised it’s not the case.
   But I understand that your plugin works differently.
 * I switched from WooSidebars because of your amazing feature when you keep the
   HTML output of widgets in the custom sidebar the same to what is declared in
   the theme for original (replaced) sidebar (and even allow customizing it in custom
   sidebar settings).
 * So, thank you again, and hoping you will integrate export functionality sometime
   in the future 😉
 * Best regards,
 * Oliver
