 * All form data in the v2 of the plugin is stored in a single option named `salesforce2`.
   If you copy that to the new site **unaltered** replacing the option value (if
   already present) that should do the trick.
 * You’ll likely need something like PhpMyAdmin, SequelPro, or similar.
