# Export cannot continue

 * I am getting some trouble with this after many weeks i used normally.Few days
   ago i tried to export my users with their meta data, but an error appeared who
   stopped my export.
   I attach you two screenshot of the generated error and related
   messages.Hope you know this issue yet and help me to fix it.
 * the first error by alert that stops the export is:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       Error thrown in the server, we cannot continue. Please check console to see full details about the error.
       ```
   
 * Then in the console we have
 *     ```wp-block-code
       Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()       ----- /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php:1 
       ```
   
 * of course the file in the root exists,
 * WordPress **version 6.1.1** 
   the plugin **version 1.22**PHP **version 7.4**

 * For some reason your hosting is throwing a 404 error in a call to admin-ajax.
   php this is the standard one.
 * Talk them.
