# Export date range issue

 * Dear Support,
 * We are having an issue with the export functionality of the plugin.
 * If we select just a week or a few days it works ok, but more than that and we
   get the whole list?
 * Seems there is a bug with the date selection, since it is still not working ie
   when we select a date range we are still getting the full report.
 * We have the latest version of your plugin.
 * Can you check? Appreciate your plugin and all help on this.

 * Could you set date range (which produces wrong results),
    press “Save Settings”,
   visit tab “Tools” and upload settings to [helpdesk](https://algolplus.freshdesk.com)?
