# Export doesn't work…

 * I just uploaded and am trying to test this plugin. It looks to be exactly what
   I need, but I can’t get it to work. No matter what I do, when I click the Export
   button I’m sent to a blank page (in Chrome) that says, “This webpage is not available.”
   Is it possible there is a permissions problem I need resolved? FYI – I have BuddyPress
   but am just testing with three users for now.

 * Never Mind. I figured it out. I had unchecked ‘Extended Profiles’ in the BuddyPress
   options. It might be good to code something in to take that into account in the
   future. Just a thought.

 * In truth we’re finding it hard to keep up to date with all the BP updates and
   maintain this plugin – and we’ve got a very busy summer ahead.. but we’ll try
   to get an update out at some point.
