 * When I try to export the users, all I get is a corrupted excel file. Any ideas?

 * Could you share the excel file (either by uploading to a file sharing site or
   emailing us at [contact@etoilewebdesign.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/export-error-28/contact@etoilewebdesign.com?output_format=md))?
   It could be caused by any number of reasons. Hopefully having a look at your 
   file will give us a better indication of what might be going on.
