 * You don’t have permission to access /wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-csv/download.
   php on this server.
 * Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument
   to handle the request.

 * Sounds like a file permissions issue or security restriction on your server.
 * I’d need to completely change the way I do downloads to help you (which I may
   do in future), but in the short term, all I can suggest is that you determine
   why php files in that folder can’t be accessed on your server and reverse it 
   at least for that file. Your web host may be able to help you if you can’t solve
   it yourself.
