Hi @addinend, thanks for raising this. Can you open up WooCommerce > System Status > Logs > woo_ce… and paste the PHP error you’re getting. Please remove your domain name and any sensitive file path from your response so I can see whether it’s a memory/timeout issue or code issue.
Hi @addinend, can you please respond on the following topic so there is single support topic for this issue. 🙂

Contents of woo_ce:
09-25-2017 @ 11:45:44 – Fatal error: The server’s maximum memory size is too low to complete this export. Consider increasing available memory to WordPress or reducing the size of your export. (Need help?) – PHP response: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4194304 bytes) in /-/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1841
I want to clarify that this error does not always appear in the logs. Most often it appears with 503 errors.
Hi @addinend, that is a standard PHP memory limit issue, contact your hosting provider to increase your memory allocation from 256M to 512M to resolve this. As your store grows and your Product catalog gets bigger more memory is demanded at export time.
Here’s some resources to help you understand why the memory error occurs and how to increase your memory allocation 🙂
