# Export failed (permissions error)

 * Export failed: Could not create a file in /home/customer/www/website.com/public_html/
   wp-content/uploads/cr. Please check folder permissions.
 * I checked in my file manager and set write permissions to all for the /uploads
   folder. the /cr directory does not appear to have been created yet.
 * Export still fails. Any idea on what else I could try? TIA

 * Please update the plugin to the version 3.139 and check if it resolves the problem.
   If export still fails, please let me know.
