# Export file empty?

 * I tried using the plugin with the latest and greatest of WordPress (4.1.1), Woocommerce(
   2.3.4) and WooCommerce Simply Order Export (1.1.3) and when I export my orders(
   I’m testing and I only have 2 orders) the export file is empty. Any thoughts 
   on what’s going on?

 * Hello Paula,
 * Are you using advanced option and trying to export orders of specific statuses?
   If so, then please ensure that orders of those statuses are present for specific
   period that you are selecting.
 * Also ensure that your uploads folder is writable on server.
 * If all of the above seems to be fine then I have to check on your site what problem

 * Hello Paula,
 * I noticed that you haven’t selected the options you want to export to csv file
   like Customer name, order amount, phone, email etc.
    Please select options, save
   them and then try to export csv, I tested with your site and it seems to be working
   fine.

 * Thanks- I had selected them previously but ended up trying many different options
   to try to get it to work. It’s working now – thanks
