# Export Function In Settings – Cannot Locate

 * According to change list – in Simple History v2.1 (May 2015) “You will find the
   export function in the Simple History settings page (Settings -> Simple History).”.
   v2.1.1 is installed within a site running WP v4.2.2. When I go to the settings-
   > Simple History for the life of me I cannot locate a hyperlink, button or the
   like to ‘export’ the data. I have deactivated the plugin and the re-activated,

 * ouch, you are correct! the export feature was not enabled for all users. sorry
   about that. it will be enabled in the next update (due later this week, I hope).

   commit and enabled it manually :D.
