# Export hanging ?

    I have just installed this plugin, hit Export to file and it will not
   got past the Done creating an empty archive stage. It has been going for hours
   with no luck ?
 * My WordPress is version 4.3.1

 * Hello,
 * the export seem to be hanging here. It only shows “exporting database” and the
   spinning logo. But nothing seems to happen. I have the latest version 4.3 of 
   the plugin and WordPress 4.2.5.

    Could you disable wp-live-chat-support and attempt
   to export again? Also, do you have other large backups that you can delete before
   exporting?

 * I have deleted the plugin but i already knew that it would;t make any difference
   cause at the time at wrote you, i didn’t even had it installed.
 * But still, i tried but it keeps hanging at archiving files at 90%
 * Do you have other suggestions?
