I’m attempting to export my business directory data. When I select Export Images, the export process seems to succeed (no error messages) and the CSV file is created correctly. But, the images.zip file that is created is corrupt. I’ve repeated these steps multiple times and each time the file size of images.zip is different each time and it’s always corrupt. I’ve tried repairing the file with Zip Repair and also WinRAR but without success. Can anyone shed some light as to why this might be happening and what steps I might take to get a successful images export?

    Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Given that the size of the images.zip file is different with each export attempt and consistently corrupt, this could be an indication of a server-side issue. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check your server’s error logs for any related entries that might point to the cause of the corruption.
    2. Ensure that there is enough disk space on your server to complete the export process without issues.
    3. Verify that the server’s resource limits (such as memory and execution time) are sufficient to handle the export process.
    4. Temporarily disable any other plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme to rule out any conflicts.

Let me know if you have any questions or updates after performing these checks.

    Best regards,
