# Export issue

 * I currently have around 500 entries in database and when I try to export them(
   I have premium version) I only get a couple of rows in CSV file. Couple of days
   before it worked fine.
    Is it known issue, what should I do?

 * Weird, are all the entries shown in the grid but not included in the export file
   or also the grid only show a couple of rows?

 * the grid shows all rows. I can export them all (555 entries) in phpmyadmin but
   with Export to csv I only get a portion of entries (around 30)..

 * Weird, the export function is suppoused to expor all the entries that the grid
   is showing at that time.
 * Could you create a support ticket at smartforms.uservoice.com so i can dig deeper
   into this issue please?
