# Export Issue

 * Hello. I have the paid version — when I try to export subscribers, the CSV is
   blank. Secondly, is there a way to allow other users to export too? They are 
   currently getting a permission error. I have already submitted a ticket on the
   official DAE site but haven’t received a response. Thank you!
