# Export Orders

 * We are having an issue where some orders are not getting pulled through to this
   report once they move to Dispatched or Dispatched & Tracking added. This is for
   the export order: Shadowspec Customer_Product.
 * Do you know why this is and how it could be fixed.
 * Some orders that have has this issue are 21080, 21077, 21003 and 20450.

 * To help troubleshoot why orders aren’t appearing in your “Shadowspec Customer_Product”
   export once they move to “Dispatched” or “Dispatched & Tracking added” status,
   I need to understand what export system you’re using.
 * Could you tell me:
    - Is this a WooCommerce extension you’ve installed for exports?
    - Are you using a third-party service integration (like ShipStation, Shipwire,
      or another fulfillment service)?
    - Or is this a custom export report that was built specifically for your site?
 * The troubleshooting steps will depend on whether this is a plugin issue, integration
   problem, or custom functionality that needs attention.
