 * Currently only if you export and import the options in the database. I will consider
   this feature for a future release.

 * Thanks for your answer. Do you mean exporting the options from the MySQL database
   manually? Does it mean I need to create or import the concerning tags beforehand?

 * If there is any plugin that exports all WordPress options, then the groups should
   be among them.
 * It should be possible to create or import the tags later. The value in their 
   field `term_group` is important and will then connect each tag to the right group.
