# Export users empty

 * I’m having problems with exporting users. No matter what role, date, parameters
   etc. I select the downloaded file size is 4 bytes and does not contain any data.
 * Ive checked the server error logs and there are no errors. Any idea why the export
   isn’t working?
 * I’d appreciate some help with this please because I am at a loss.

 * Have you tried to deactivate all the other plugins and activate a standard theme?
   Then you can do a test and check what’s happening.

 * Thank you for getting back to me. I have disabled all of the plugins apart from
   this one and changed the theme to Twenty Twenty-four.

 * Then it seems that there is something in your hosting that is creating the problem.
 * The way it works is a JS script that makes ajax calls that fill the csv file,
   which is finally downloaded.
 * Could there be a security mechanism that is generating the problem?
 * I can’t think of anything else
